Our strengths: we are not a huge complex with hundreds of rooms, but a small mountain hotel with 35 rooms, in a lovely natural setting with plenty of outside space. You won't find large crowds of people here. Which means you won't run the risk of getting infected.

We are sure that with our strong sense of responsibility, we can face the future with confidence and optimism. We know that you may well have doubts and questions about your holiday, with official guidance changing from day to day. We are keeping a close watch on the Coronavirus situation! Updated terms of cancellation

If the country in which you live recommends not visiting Alto Adige or prevents you reaching us or classifies us as a country at risk and closes the border with Italy, you can cancel your booking for free up to three days before your date of arrival. The deposit can be refunded or reused for a future booking.

In all the other cases, our usual cancellation policy applies. For this reason, we recommend adding “Wieser's cancellation service” to your reservation!


Wieser cancellation service

Do you want to play it safe? Then book our Wieser cancellation service: that way, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to your day of arrival, and you will also be covered in the event of late arrival or early departure. This optional service costs only € 8.00 per night and room and can only be added at the time of booking. Payment is made upon confirmation of booking and is non-refundable.


Health and safety measures

Safety and hygiene are very important to us at the Hotel Wieser. To contain the spread of Coronavirus, we have already taken precautions.

 

Hygiene and Cleaning

  • All areas of the hotel are cleaned and disinfected daily.
  • To ensure your safety, all rooms will be cleaned even more thoroughly, using special detergents. We would like to point out that our hotel is always rated very highly for cleanliness in online reviews.
  • All entrances and exits are equipped with hand sanitiser dispensers for the use of both guests and staff, to ensure a high level of safety for everyone.

 

Masks and social distancing

  • Masks must be worn inside the hotel, wherever it is not possible to maintain a minimum 1-metre distance.
  • Social distancing rules do not apply to people occupying the same room.

 

Restaurant area

  • Our dining room has been recently refurbished, and provides sufficient space to allow you to keep your distance from other guests.
  • All our staff who are in direct contact with guests wear masks.
  • Of course, our kitchen staff always wear gloves and masks when working.
  • It is not necessary to wear a mask when at table.
  • But you must wear a mask when serving yourself at the buffet.
  • Dishes and items such as menus and salt and pepper shakers are disinfected after every meal.

 

Wellness area

  • The wellness area is open as normal. But you must keep your distance from other guests when using this area.
