Despite our different personalities, we fit perfectly together like pieces in a puzzle. Johannes is a perfectionist, Joachim likes to make a difference, Heidi is calm and collected, and Katja is cheerful and easy-going.
Every hotel has its own special holiday atmosphere.
It's a feeling you get right from the start, and conveys the values that are dearest to us: a real appreciation of simple things. A return to our roots. Traditional courtesy and friendliness. A balance between activity and pleasure.

Authentic and genuine: that's what we are
Joachim
… jog (you're welcome to come too), and arranging the breakfast and dinner service, Joachim is always on the go. During the day, he plays his best role - that of the real hotelier. He'll delight you with his stories and insider tips, perhaps while sitting at the bar in the evening. He's a really nice character!
Special foible: is this guy ever capable of sitting still? Well, rumour has it that he even goes hiking in his dreams...
Heidi
… Nothing upsets her (not even Joachim): she always has everything under control. She has a really big heart and is always ready to listen to her guests and the people who work with her. If you're looking for her, she's usually either in the dining room, where she serves delicious meals, or decorating some part of the hotel (one of her secret hobbies). Also, in her free time, she likes to go on challenging hikes.
Special foible: chatting is another of her (not so secret) hobbies, so she tends to be unaware of the passage of time. But that doesn't matter, because - as we know - strength lies in always staying calm.
Johannes
… He has a real talent for numbers: management, marketing and social media are his world. At the reception desk, he's the one who can fix anything. Indeed, he has even been known to work miracles. For him "Nothing is impossible". He's the go-to person if you have a particular request: like the genie of the lamp, but without a lamp. In his free time, you might see him out on his mountain bike, or on skis.
Special foible: perhaps you've realised this already, Johannes is a real perfectionist. Don't worry, because he's also a very sociable person, and he can turn a blind eye from time to time.
Katja
… She's always in the right place at the right time. When she's at home, she lends a hand during breakfast and dinner, and has a very cheerful attitude. She works abroad, so she's not always at the hotel, but she turns up every so often.
Special foible: some people say she's "greedy", but she describes herself as the "quality control manager." In any event, where there are cakes, there's Katja.
