Check-In

Your room will be ready from 2:00 p.m. on your day of arrival. If you arrive after 09:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to let us know. Our restaurant opens at 06.30 p.m. It is possible to arrive at the restaurant until 8 p.m.

CHECK-OUT

The room should be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.

Pets

Pets are welcome!
Please bring a blanket or basket with you. We ask you to understand that dogs and cats are not allowed in the wellness area and in the restaurant.

Supplement: € 15.00 per day excluding food || Owners will be charged if more thorough final cleaning is required, or in the event of any damage.

Payment methods

We accept payments in cash, by debit card and credit card (EC-Card, Visa, Mastercard)

Smoking

Ours is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking areas are available outside.

Room assignment

You can book a particular type of room, but you cannot specify the room number or floor. However, we will do what we can to meet any special requests.

Pricing Information

Prices

Prices vary with number of occupants and with time of booking. A little tip: the earlier you book, the more you save. Please use our online booking system in order to view prices and availability.

Tourist tax

The price does not include the local tourist tax of € 2.10 per person per night (for guests aged 14 upwards), which is payable on site.

Children's prices

The children’s prices are for children staying in a room with two full-paying guests.

from 0 to 3 years: € 10,00 / day - Optional: baby bed € 9,00 / day
from 3 to 14 years: discount of -50%
from 14 years (also adults): discount of -30%

Booking information

Cancellations

Up to 21 days before arrival cancellation is free. Your deposit will be refunded. A sum of € 10.00 will be retained for processing purposes.
For cancellations less than 21 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure, 30% of the agreed amount will be charged.
N. B.: Notice of cancellation must always be in writing! These cancellation terms apply regardless of whether the rooms in question are subsequently re-let, either wholly or in part.

Wieser cancellation service

Do you want to play it safe? Then book the Wieser cancellation service: in this way, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to your day of arrival, and you will also be covered in the event of an early departure. Valid reasons are illness (also Covid-19) or accident of a traveler, a sudden emergency (which makes travel impossible) and travel restrictions. This optional service costs only € 10.00 per night and room and can only be added at the time of booking.

In the event of cancellation, we need confirmation in the form of a medical certificate or a certificate from a public authority.

Deposit

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the agreed amount. Payment can be made in one of the following ways:
